"Scott sold me 4 motorcycles in the past 18 months. 2 Rebels and 2 Reflexes. I had thought Honda was getting behind in quality control when the Rebel started to rattle, but Victor in service found a bolt missing to the gas tank and fixed the rattle. The shifter was difficult, Victor fixed it. My comment to Frank and Fernando is that Victor works so quickly and so precisely, I have never seen a mechanic work with such accuracy. Put at least 300mi; since, my 4000mi service with cruising speeds of 70-80+mph just to keep up with highway traffic. The Rebel has no problems keeping up in city or highway traffic. 25 year and 23+ motorcycles and scooters from Hollywood Honda. Fernando, Thank you for your help the other day on parts. Keep up the good work:-)."

""I have been buying motorcycles from Hollywood Honda for over 25 years and purchased at least 15 motorcycles which include the following: 3 Goldwings, 1 Valkayrie, 3 Shadows cruisers, 2 BMWs which included the R1150RS, 3 sportsbikes including 2 Hayabusas and 1 RC51, an assortment of standards and scooters from the Silverwing, 3 Reflexes, Metropolitan, Helix, Elite 50, 2 Elite 250, 2 Honda 125cc standards and the list goes on in the Hollywood Honda database that can track my past motorcyles. My first experience with Hollywood Honda was I believe in the early 80's and I had purchased a new Honda CBX1000 six cylinder from "another Honda dealership:(". They were very insensitive in getting the work done. Billy Robertson was one of the service managers at the time as the service technicians worked on my CBX time and time again trying to fix a manufacture defect on my CBX even though it was not purchased at Honda of Hollywood. The courtesy of the service 25 years ago is the same friendly competent service now with Fernando and Frank with the help of Christina. Service managers like Frank and Fernando have the competance that put me out of business of being my own backyard mechanic years ago. Victor in service has been able to make my motorcycles run smoother, quieter and faster, fixing problems I wouldn't know where to begin. Sales staff has been excellent in the past 25 years. Only once have I had any problems with a sales staff about 15 years ago and the problem was remedied swiftly as I bought a motorcycle the same day from the sales manager who knew me personally. Recently I had purchase quite a few motorcycles from William and Mike. Now I have the pleasure of purchasing my last 3 motorcycles in the past 12 months from Scott. Danny, Gaby and everyone in parts have been friendly and excellent in getting the parts and accessories that I need for my motorcycle riding needs. I plan on buying my motorcycles for at least the next 25 years or more from Hollywood Honda. Before Hollywood Honda was Hollywood Kawasaki on Highland where I had purchased my Mach I and Mach II.. then on to 3 Star Kawasaki previously on La Cienega, where I purchased the Z1903, Suzuki 750 affectionately called the 'Water Buffalo'. The CBX1000 was purchased at Foothill Honda, the CX500 would be purchased at a Honda dealership on Pico. I can't remember where I bought my Norton 850 and a Suzuki 750 and 450 were purchase at a dealership near the Alhambra area. Some of these dealerships either no longer exist or Hollywood Honda has the franchise to the Suzuki, Honda, BMW, Kawasaki line of motorcycles. I had no problems in the past changing dealerships if they were not competent in sales, service and/or parts. I would go to another dealership tomorrow if Hollywood Honda was unable to maintain the quality of sales, service and parts. Honda of Hollywood has delivered 5 Stars in all areas for the past 25 years and their ability to maintain my 5 Star experience of "Overall Dealership Experience" will keep me buying and servicing my motorcycles from Hollywood Honda for the next 25+ years. ============================= I know most everyone at Hollywood of Honda on a first name basis so I have no objections to you, using my testimonial as "sales tool". I kept a list of motorcycles that I purchased which comes out to about 40 motorcycles and scooters in the past 35 years of my riding experience. When I was living a Hawaii for several years, I had also gone through at least 5 motorcycle/scooters. "
